Office Coordinator 

Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership is seeking an energetic, driven Office Coordinator to join our team of creative placemakers and manage day-to-day office operations with autonomy. This position will work hand-in-hand with the President/CEO and COO and with the broader Partnership team to support the office functions and ensure organizational effectiveness.

This role is both external- and internal-facing, serving as the first external point of contact for the Partnership, welcoming guests and directing public inquiries, providing key support services to the Partnership team, and helping to coordinate office functions and ensure efficient workflow.

This position will be open until filled.
