in the future.

Validation Program Members can validate parking for 67% of the regular hourly rate charged in Central City Parking’s attended facilities, including the Arcadia Ramp, Kalamazoo Mall Ramp, Epic Center Ramp and Lot 9 (Water and Edwards Street). There are two methods for validating parking:
- Parking Stamps: One hour stamps are sold in books of 100 for $80.00 per book. Half hour stamps are sold in books of 100 for $50.00. Evening stamps are sold in books of 100 for $200.00
- Rubber Ink Stamps: Rubber ink stamps are worth one hour of validated parking for the first stamp and a half hour for every stamp after the first hour. Your business will be invoiced monthly and a $5.00 service charge will be included on your bill.

The Early Bird program is available at the Arcadia Ramp and the Epic Center Ramp. Participants in this program must enter the facility before 9:30am and park on the rooftop level. Daily passes may be purchased for $3.20 each or a book of 20 may be purchased for $62. Please contact our office for full details on this program.
The part-time employee program provides part-time employees a special rate at designated parking facilities, made available through their employer's participation
This plastic meter debit card can be acquired in our office with a $7 deposit and can store up to $50 per card that is good at any individual downtown parking meter. Parking meters are free after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
