EVENTS
From Art Hops to Festivals to Sidewalk Sales and more, there are literally hundreds of ways to entertain yourself, family and friends in downtown Kalamazoo. Special events provide an opportunity for community collaboration and celebration. Through Downtown Kalamazoo Assocation Charities (DKAC) and the Marketing Committee's Special Events Committee, numerous events take place throughout the year.
Downtown events can be viewed and explored on our Calendar, or our printable 2012 Events Calendar. For events held at the Arcadia Creek Festival Place (ACFP), check out the 2012 ACFP Event Schedule, and for an overview of DKI-sponsored events, view these brief descriptions. Community focused events, such as Safe Halloween are coordinated by DKAC. Retail focused events, such as Sidewalk Sales are coordinated by the Special Events Committee.
