Downtown is always evolving, growing and changing in the physical aspect. With that growth comes construction. Construction zones typically impact vehicular traffic lanes and pedestrian sidewalks. More information is available on specific development projects.  



Arcadia Creek Festival Place Seasonal Closures   

Edwards Street (between Kalamazoo Avenue and Water Street) will be closed on ocassion throughout the summer to accomodate festivals taking place at the Arcadia Creek Festival Place. There will also be ocassional closures on Koopsen's Alley and Eleanor Street (east of Burdick). Peregrine Plaza

Periodic lane closures along South Street (just west of the Kalamazoo Mall) through spring 2013. More details to come.

Parking Lot #9 Redevelopment

Partial lot closures expected in spring of 2013. More details to follow.
