PROJECT REVIEW COMMITTEE
 

The Project Review Committee exists to preserve, maintain, and enhance the architectural integrity of the existing built environment. To promote growth, development, and reuse within the downtown. To encourage pedestrian focused storefronts that positively contribute to an active streetscape. To place emphasis on increased density, walkability, safety, accessibility, and environmental consciousness. To provide incentives for façade improvements, interior rehabilitation, and design assistance.
